Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to your account, uploaded photos, generated videos, support messages and use of Dame Hombro. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Permitted uploads

You must be at least 18 years old. Upload a photo of yourself, another adult who has consented to this use, or a pet whose image you are entitled to use. Make sure you have permission to submit the image to the AI providers needed for generation.

Prohibited content and behavior

Do not upload, request, create, distribute or use the service for:

• Images of minors, celebrities, politicians or other public figures.
• Nudity, sexual content, non-consensual intimate content or sexual exploitation.
• Impersonation, identity fraud, scams, deceptive endorsements or representations that an AI performance is real.
• Harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, or content promoting violence or illegal activity.
• Infringement of copyright, music rights, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights or any other person's rights.
• Revealing another person's private or sensitive information without permission.
• Malware, security probing, unauthorized access, scraping private content or bypassing access restrictions.
• Payment fraud, abuse of refunds or allowances, account sharing to evade restrictions, or automated requests that disrupt the service.

Label and share responsibly

Present generated material as AI-created when sharing it and do not imply that a real person performed or endorsed it. Public examples and the availability of a particular sound do not grant you music, likeness or commercial distribution rights. Follow the policies and licensing rules of the platform where you post your video.

Review and enforcement

Generation providers may refuse a request or reject an output. We may refuse content, restrict access, remove material or suspend an account when necessary to investigate a violation, protect others or comply with law. A failed generation returns its allowance; monetary refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. Do not repeatedly resubmit prohibited content to bypass a rejection.

Report a problem

Use Contact to report misuse, an impersonation, a privacy issue or a rights complaint. Include the relevant URL or video identifier, a clear explanation and your contact details. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. We may ask for further evidence or remove access while reviewing a report.
