Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dame Hombro. Use the service only if you can agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Dame Hombro is an independent product name, not a claim of affiliation with Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, their representatives or any record label.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Google sign-in identifies your account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for requests made through it. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share accounts or bypass access and usage controls.

Service and digital delivery

Upload an authorized person or pet photo, select a 10- or 15-second duration and submit a generation request. Seedance 2.0 through APIMart performs the AI processing. Successful videos are delivered as vertical 480p MP4s in My videos, where they can be played and downloaded. Processing is asynchronous, provider checks may reject a request, and completion times vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or an exact processing time.

Your content and permission

You keep the rights you already have in your uploaded content. You grant the limited permissions necessary for us and our providers to upload, store, process and deliver your requested result. For another adult's photo, obtain their consent to this use. Do not upload minors, celebrities, public figures or other prohibited content. See Acceptable Use for the full rules.

Content moderation and validation

To enforce these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, the service checks file type and size, requires confirmation of permission, and applies the generation provider's checks. We may use OpenAI's content safety service, OpenAI Moderation, to help identify harmful text or images. When this screening is enabled, only content necessary for the safety check is sent to OpenAI; see the Privacy Policy for related processing.

Content flagged as potentially sexual, violent, self-harm related, hateful, harassing or otherwise prohibited may lead to a rejected generation, restricted content, or account suspension and further review when reasonably necessary. Do not modify inputs, resubmit repeatedly or otherwise attempt to bypass safety checks. Failed generations and refunds follow the Refund Policy; a screening result does not remove your mandatory legal rights.

Automated screening can make mistakes or miss harmful material. It does not certify legality, age, likeness permission or copyright ownership. To request a review, contact support@damehombro.pro with your account and generation identifier.

AI results and third-party rights

AI output may contain errors in likeness, motion, timing or audio. Examples are illustrative and do not guarantee a specific result. Review a video before sharing, identify it as AI-generated when appropriate, and do not suggest a real performance or endorsement. Use of the service does not grant music, publicity, trademark or other third-party rights; you remain responsible for the permissions needed for your intended use.

Packs, prices and expiry

Packs are one-time purchases for the displayed number and duration of videos. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. Check the currency, total price and any tax or fee shown before payment. Purchased allowances are valid for 365 days from purchase and are associated with your account. One successful generation consumes one allowance of its duration; a failed generation restores that allowance. Deleting a successful result does not restore its allowance.

The current deployment uses administrator-only Waffo test checkout and does not accept public live payments. When live purchases become available, the checkout and receipt identify the applicable payment provider and legal seller.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of payment. An unused pack is eligible for a full refund; for a partly used pack we deduct successful generations proportionally and refund the eligible unused portion. A failed generation restores its allowance rather than automatically refunding money. We verify pending requests before finalizing a refund. Duplicate or incorrect charges, non-delivery and mandatory consumer rights remain covered. See the Refund Policy for the calculation and request process.

Files and retention

Uploaded photos are retained for up to 7 days and generated videos for up to 60 days. Download any result you wish to keep. You can delete completed videos in My videos. Account and transaction records may remain where needed for service operation, disputes or applicable obligations. See the Privacy Policy.

Restrictions and account suspension

We may reject content, remove access to material or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect security, enforce these terms or comply with law. You may stop using the service and request account assistance through Contact. Suspension does not eliminate a mandatory right to a refund or other legal remedy.

Responsibility and changes

Use the service for lawful purposes and review outputs before use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that every output will meet a particular purpose or be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update the service and terms; material changes will be reflected in the update date and, where appropriate, an additional notice. Purchase-specific terms remain relevant to the transaction in question.
