Privacy Policy

How Dame Hombro handles account information, photos, videos and payment records.

Last updated: 2026-10-19

This policy describes information processed when you use Dame Hombro. For privacy questions or requests, use the channels on our Contact page.

Information we process

  • Google account: Google sign-in supplies your account identifier, name, email address and profile image so we can identify your account and protect access to your videos and purchases. It does not give this application access to your Gmail or Google Drive.
  • Uploaded content: the photo you choose is uploaded when you start generation, together with your selected subject and duration. Do not upload content you are not allowed to share.
  • Generation records: request identifiers, selected options, processing status, errors, timestamps and generated media support delivery, usage accounting and troubleshooting.
  • Orders and support: order identifiers, payment status, purchased allowances, refund records and the information you include in a support request help us deliver the service and resolve problems.
  • Technical information: session cookies and browser storage maintain sign-in and preferences. Hosting and application logs may contain IP addresses, browser information and request timestamps for security and operations.

Why we use this information

We process information to authenticate you, create and deliver requested videos, account for purchased allowances, handle support and refunds, protect the service from abuse, and meet applicable obligations. We do not publish your uploaded photos or private generated videos in the public showcase by default. Public examples are separate demonstration assets.

Service providers and sharing

Google provides account authentication. APIMart and its Seedance model service receive the photo and generation inputs needed to make your video. Cloudflare provides hosting, database and media storage. Waffo handles checkout and payment information when checkout is used; Dame Hombro does not store full payment card details. These providers may process information in other countries under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate fraud and protect legal rights.

If OpenAI Moderation content screening is enabled, we send OpenAI the text or images necessary to identify harmful content and help enforce our Acceptable Use Policy. This provider processes that content only when the screening is enabled; its own policies govern its processing and retention.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded photos are scheduled for deletion after up to 7 days and generated videos after up to 60 days. You can delete a generated result and its saved output file in My videos sooner. Deleting a completed result also deletes its source photo when no other active request still needs that upload; otherwise the upload follows its retention schedule. Account, transaction, security and support records may be retained as needed for account operation, disputes, legal obligations and fraud prevention. External provider retention is governed by that provider's policies.

Cookies and your choices

Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage may remember language and interface preferences. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, although sign-in may stop working. If optional analytics or support tools are enabled, their applicable controls and policies also apply.

Access and other requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or other rights concerning your personal information. Contact us using the email associated with your account so we can verify the request without collecting unnecessary information. Do not send your password, complete card number or identity documents unless specifically needed through a secure process.

Age and security

The service is for adults aged 18 or older, and uploads depicting minors are prohibited. Access controls and signed media links help protect private files, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access through Contact.
